Case Study: St Annes Paddling Pool Renovation
Case Study: St Annes Paddling Pool Renovation - A Heritage Revival with A148 Chlorinated Rubber Paint
We are proud to showcase the impressive refurbishment of St Annes Paddling Pool, completed by our long-standing client, GJN & Son Limited. Located in Lytham St Annes, this historic site, originally constructed as a boating lake in 1912, has now been revitalised to serve once again as a much-loved paddling and splash pool for the local community.
A Durable Finish for a Demanding Environment
To meet the demands of this high-traffic, outdoor water feature, GJN & Son Limited selected our A148 Chlorinated Rubber Swimming Pool Paint - a trusted choice for public and private pool projects alike. Known for its strong resistance to water, weather and general wear, A148 provides a tough, long-lasting finish with a bright, professional appearance.
The paint was applied using a combination of brush and roller, enabling detailed edge work and fast coverage across larger areas. This method ensured a cost-effective and practical application, without sacrificing the finish or durability of the product.
Bringing Life Back to a Community Landmark
Photographic evidence of the transformation captures the project’s progress, from surface preparation to the final coat. The results speak for themselves - a vibrant, welcoming space now ready for families to enjoy once more.
We are delighted to have played a part in supporting GJN & Son Limited with this important community project, supplying a specialist paint solution that continues to stand the test of time.
